Steam Corn Pie (Pai Jagung Kukus)

Resep ini saya modifikasi dari situs teman baru, Mba Ratih, yang sama-sama anggota milis tercinta Mpasi Rumahan. (http://alikastore.multiply.com/photos/album/36/Kumpulan_menu_MPASI). Kalo Mba Ratih namain resep ini puding jagung, kalau saya Pie Jagung. Soalnya bentuknya lebih menyerupai pie. LOL.

Bikinnya mudah sekali, dan begitu jadi harumnya itu bikin hati meleleh hahahahaaha...Pertama kali bikin rencananya buat cemilan pagi dan siang Rasyad, tapi tidak disangka tidak dinyana langsung habis dalam sekejap buat sarapan hahahahaha. *senaaaaaaang*

Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan:
- 1 buah jagung manis, parut
- 1 sdm terigu (bisa diganti oatmeal yang sudah dihaluskan).
- ASIP 20-30 ml 
- 30 gram keju parut

Rasyad bisa habis semangkuk sekali makan. LOL

Cara bikinnya: 
 - Campur semua bahan di mangkuk atau pinggan tahan panas, aduk rata
- Kukus selama 15-20 menit. 

PS; Kalau terlihat lembek gpp, nanti juga setelah dingin jadi agak keras. Kalau ga habis simpan di kulkas, nanti dihangatkan. Harus habis dalam dua hari ya.

Pasta with Cheese

Another Rasyad's favorite! Very easy, healthy, contain all ingredients a baby needs and very delicious. Moms and Dads can have it for lunch or dinner. 


Pasta with Cheese

Ingredients for one time meal
- 50 grams pasta (all kind, in the picture I use conchiglie rigate -shell pasta-)
- Vegetables (we can use carrots, broccoli, etc), steam or boiled prior to use.

For the Cheese Sauce
- Half table spoon of unsulted butter
- Half table spoon of cornstarch 
- 50 ml of milk
- 50 grams of shredded cheese
- Pinch of pepper

How to make: 
- For pasta: boil water and cook the pasta until tender, set aside. 
- For cheese sauce:
1. Using low fire, melt the unsulted butter, enter the cornstarch gradually, enter the milk, keep stirring
2. Enter the cheese and pepper, keep stirring until well mix, and boiled.
3. Pour over the pasta and vegetables. 

Terjemahan bebasnya adalah sebagai berikut ya. 

Bahan: 
- 50 gram pasta (yang di foto itu saya pakai pasta kerang), rebus sampai matang, sisihkan.
- Sayuran (bisa wortel yang dicacah dan/atau brokoli), rebus atau kukus terlebih dahulu, sisihkan.

Bahan Saus Keju:
- 1/2 sdm unsulted butter
- 1/2 sdm tepung maizena
- 50 ml susu
- 50 gram keju parut
- Sejumput lada

Cara buat Saus Keju: 
1. Dengan api kecil, lelehkan butter, masukkan tepung maizena sedikit demi sedikit, masukkan susu sambil terus diaduk. 
2. Masukkan keju dan lada, terus aduk sampai tercampur rata dan mendidih.
3. Angkat saus, tuangkan pada pasta dan sayuran yang sudah tercampur.

Pasta with Spinach for Rasyad' lunch
Cleaning up (almost) everything is one of my favorite activities. Yes, maybe I read too much of Cinderella. LOL. The thing is, doing this you'll never know what you'll find. Sometimes it's money (I once found 20 thou, haha), a piece of old picture, or maybe a love letter you once wrote to your teenager boyfriend (wink wink). Last week I found this used recipe magazine I bought on a street. Western low fat recipe, with lots and lots of oh so delicious and easy to make dishes. Get it? Low fat = no salt, no (less sugar) = Rasyad meals. This recipe below I modified so can suit Rasyad's. It is one of my fav. It's so easy to make, very healthy, and sure did delicious. I wrote the Indonesian translation below.

Pasta with Spinach

Ingredients for one time meal: 
- Pasta (could be macaroni, spiral shape pasta, etc)
- Half bundle of spinach (in Indonesia spinach is sold in bundling), mince.
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 50 to 100 grams of cheese, shredded
- A pinch of pepper
- One table spoon of unsulted butter
- One table spoon of mincemeat 


How to make: 
1. Boil the pasta until cook and tender, set aside. 
2. Boil the spinach for 5 minute, set aside. 
3. Saute the garlic until light brown and smells good with unsulted butter, and then saute the mincemeat until brown, add pepper.
4. Get the spinach and half of the shredded cheese into the saute, stir well, turn off the stove
5. Add the other half of the cheese before serving. 

Taste best if you eat it right away.


Pasta dengan Bayam

Bahan untuk sekali makan:
- Pasta (bisa macaroni, pasta spiral, dsb)
- Setengah ikat bayam, cincang
- 1 siung kecil bawang putih
- 50-100 gram keju parut
- Sejumput lada
- 1 sdm unsulted butter
- 1 sdm daging cincang

Cara buat:
1. Rebus pasta sampai matang dan empuk, sisihkan.
2. Rebus bayam selama 5 menit, sisihkan.
3. Tumis bawang putih dengan unsulted butter sampai coklat keemasan, masukkan daging dan lada. Tumis sampai harum dan berubah warna.
4. Masukkan bayam rebus dan setengah dari keju parut, aduk rata, angkat.
5. Tambahkan sisa keju sebelum disajikan.

Langsung dimakan selagi panas, hmmm yummy... Rasyad likes this a lot!

Antara Badminton, ASI dan Makan Siang

Yaaaah, akhirnya absen juga deh beberapa hari dari ngeblog. Bunda sudah beberapa hari ini sakit parah *lebay mode on* gara-gara badminton. Lho kok badminton yang disalahin bun? Ya iyalah.

Kids, bear this in mind. Playing badminton against pro, without routine exercise and a proper lunch would only do you harm.

Next time Bunda will write about our visit recently to Ragunan Zoo, and how Rasyad really loves BB hahahahaha...
